This table describes a sample of each online crypto exchange. Founded in Tokyo, Coincheck, BtcBox, and bitFlyer are three registered crypto exchanges under the regulation of the Financial Services Agency of Japan. The statistics include the starting date (Starting), ending date (Ending), number of tick-by-tick transactions (Transaction), and number of hourly observations transformed from transactions (Obs/Hours). Additionally, for Coincheck, 1073 transactions spanning from March 23 to April 30, 2020 were excluded from the sample because their prices range from 170 JPY to 510 JPY, which are much lower than those of previous and subsequent transactions
